Giller Power Panel: Judging a Book by its Cover
January 13, 2023
Last week we announced the 2023 Giller Book Club schedule. Today, we are thrilled to share that the Giller Power Panels will be reprised. These special events will take place monthly from January – June 2023.
The first power panel of 2023 is entitled Judging a Book by its Cover and will feature the artists behind the covers of the 2022 shortlisted books. The conversation will be moderated by Elana Rabinovitch, Executive Director of the Scotiabank Giller Prize and Giller Foundation.
The panel will take place over Zoom on Tuesday, January 31, at 7 p.m. ET. Details and registration can be found on our website.
The Giller Power Panels pull together creatives with a moderator each month to discuss the intersection of literature and a wide range of topics including the most pressing issues of our time.
